Call for interest- the multilingual education in Prague The European GNSS Agency (the Agency) is planning to move its seat to Prague in 2012. In order to provide quality tuition for children of its staff the Agency would like to enter into agreements with schools in Prague under which the Agency will directly pay the tuition fees to schools which will have been selected and to which staff members would choose to send their children. Currently, Agency staff members have approximately 40 children within the relevant age and the number of Agency staff members is expected to increase in the near future. Every school which would be interested in entering into an agreement with the Agency for this purpose is invited to submit its offer. Every offer shall include at least: · a general presentation of the school (history, objectives, project, educational approach, statistics, etc.) · a filled-in questionnaire (please see attached form; it is possible to specify your answers in a separate annex), · a description of multilingual tuition provided by the educational institution, and · documents needed for registration of the school in the financial system of the EU (a duly filled-in and signed Legal Entity Form, a duly filled-in and signed Financial Identification Form - the links to the appropriate forms are below). The school must meet the following criteria: 1. It shall be registered in the Register of Schools administrated by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and lead to (if applicable) exams/diplomas found suitable by the Agency. 2. The tuition shall be provided in any official language(s) of the European Union other than Czech [1] 3. Tuition fees to be paid by the Agency shall not exceed the average fees paid for the same services by parents of other children admitted to the same school [2] The offers for the first round of the selection should be delivered not later than 31 December 2011 to: education.prague@gsa.europa.eu AND /OR European GNSS Agency The schools are welcome to ask for additional information if need be. Any requests to that effect shall be sent to education.prague@gsa.europa.eu The answered questions will be published on this website (without the identification of the requesting school). Every school which has submitted an offer will be informed of the outcome of the selection in due course.
Amendment 1: Change of the deadline for the first round: The offers for the first round of the selection should be delivered to the Agency not later than 9 January 2012. PLEASE NOTE: This call for interest is in no way binding on the Agency. Up to the point of signature of agreements, the Agency may cancel this call for interest, without the schools being entitled to claim any compensation. In addition the Agency also reserves the right to terminate any agreement with schools at any time in the future, giving the school reasonable notice, typically until the end of the relevant school year. Enrolment of children at schools is not guaranteed by any agreements entered into between the Agency and schools, as this shall further depend on external factors, such as the choice of the individual staff members and the availability of annual budget of the Agency.
