GSA procurement rules are based on:

• Commission regulation (EC, Euratom)  No 2343/2002 of 23 December 2002
• Financial Regulation framework for the bodies referred to in Article 185 of Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002
• Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities

• Contracts awarded by the European GNSS Supevisory Authority in 2010 with a value greater than 25,000€ and less than 60,000€
• Specific Contracts signed by the European GNSS Supervisory Authority Under Framework Contracts in force in 2010
